Project INC
(Inclusive Neurodiverse Campuses)

A neurodiversity affirming training resource

Our understanding of neurodiversity is constantly changing. But with increased visibility of neurodivergence, it is changing at a faster pace and in a greater number of contexts than ever before. Neurodivergent people, their friends and family, educators and employers, are the agents of much of this positive change, bringing personal insights and strength-based approaches to the places where we see the most impact on wellbeing and success.

Expecting a person to navigate the diagnosis process, identify as disabled, and take responsibility for how they succeed is no longer adequate. We use the latest research into inclusive, compassionate, and neurodiversity affirming practices to guide small, consistent, and achievable actions that everybody can own. We share a dynamic model of INClusive belonging.

Project INC shares timely research insights for learners, educators, and employers. INC-sights is designed to support reflection on challenges to authentic inclusion, and on the opportunities offered by inclusive neurodiverse places.

“We all understand more about neurodivergence than falling back on paper-thin stereotypes.”

Project INC training is a timely solution for students, educators, and employers. This online course is designed to help you meet the challenges and make the most of the opportunities that inclusive neurodiverse places offer.
